Q. What is the Easter symbol for new life and fertility?
A. The Easter Bunny
We put “Easter egg” and it was adjudged to be wrong. That is ridiculous, of course, but the quizmaster’s decision is final in these matters. In reality, both the Easter egg and the Easter bunny symbolise new life and fertility and both should have been judged to be correct answers. If justice had been done and we had been given a point for our answer, we would have come equal first with the Famous Five. That would have meant a tie-break for the £50 first prize, which I’m sure tie-break king Dawkeye would have won. We wuz robbed!
