Although NormC had read all of James Herriot’s tales based on his life as a Yorkshire vet, he surprisingly couldn’t remember the village where they were all set. This cost us a valuable point, and was one of the reasons we missed out on any prizes last night. The winners were the Famous Five, which meant we had to endure some triumphalist sneering from Philthy Phil.
